Dr. Hussam Ahmed is a dedicated endodontist committed to providing exceptional, patient-centered care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. Originally from Northern Virginia, he developed an early passion for healthcare and helping others, which led him to pursue a career in dentistry.

Dr. Ahmed earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia before receiving his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine. Following dental school, he completed a one-year General Practice Residency at the Baltimore VA Medical Center, where he gained advanced experience treating medically complex patients and managing a wide range of comprehensive dental cases.

Driven by a passion for preserving natural teeth and relieving dental pain, Dr. Ahmed pursued specialty training in endodontics at the University of Detroit Mercy, where he earned a Master of Science (MS) degree and a Certificate in Endodontics. During his residency, he received advanced training in root canal therapy, endodontic retreatment, endodontic microsurgery, and the management of traumatic dental injuries.

Upon graduating from his residency, Dr. Ahmed was honored with the Daniel Goodman Memorial Endodontics Award, presented to the graduating senior resident who demonstrates the highest standards of clinical excellence and professional integrity. This recognition reflects his commitment to delivering meticulous, evidence-based care while treating every patient with compassion, honesty, and respect.

Following his specialty training, Dr. Ahmed practiced endodontics in Arizona for eight years, where he earned the trust of patients and referring dentists by providing high-quality, compassionate care and successfully treating a wide variety of routine and complex endodontic cases.

Dr. Ahmed believes exceptional endodontic care begins with listening to each patient, clearly explaining treatment options, and delivering care with precision and empathy. His goal is to make every visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible while helping patients preserve their natural teeth for years to come.

Outside the office, Dr. Ahmed enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, staying active, and playing golf.
